As a single mom and full-time college student, my schedule is pretty busy, to say the least. I am running around doing laundry, cleaning up, doing my school work, helping my son with his school work, and so on. The list is never-ending. As someone who suffers from depression and anxiety issues, I needed something. I was never sure what it was but I knew I needed it.
