Crafting with our little one’s is always fun. It’s a great way to get those creative juices flowing and to use their imagination. As parents we want our child to see the world through a unique perspective. See things differently and find a unique way to solve a problem. I believe a child who gets to be creative and uses their imagination get the most out of life. Not everything is so text book. As a mom to a little boy, I get to craft things like Monsters and Superheroes! This is how we ended up with Superhero Popsicle Sticks!

I personally love craft time. Finding the time to sit down with my son and come up with some fun creative things is always a special moment for me. I’m a single working mom so those moments are moments I always cherish! Crafts are a great way to sit and create memories with our little ones. It’s those memories that they will forever remember.

Creating Superhero Popsicle Sticks were fun! We got to paint the sticks any color we chose and picked out fun coordinating scrap paper to match!

Making Superhero Popsicle Sticks are so simple. You can’t go wrong and will have so much fun!

How to make Superhero Popsicle Sticks

Paint your popsicle sticks

Paint your popsicle sticks any way you want. Be sure to have fun with them! Get unique and choose some of the fun colors! If you don’t want to paint, you can always buy colored popsicle sticks! They will save you the time of painting, but I prefer to choose my own fun colors.

Cut & glue your Capes

Grab some Construction Paper or Scrapbooking Paper and cut some capes! Maybe you can get even more creative and cut them as if they were blowing in the wind. Pick out some coordinating colors or go totally crazy and choose something super unique. Once you have your cape, grab your Mod Podge and glue them on.

Put your faces on

Cut out some mask and paint on your faces. I drew the smile on mine as I don’t have that steady of a hand. You should see some of the eyes I did on the other Superhero Popsicle Sticks. HAHA!

It’s that easy to make these cute and fun Superhero Popsicle Sticks! Now it’s time to let your kid’s imagination go wild and have them save everyone from villains.
