If you’re like me than you probably have a huge love for your slow cooker. I enjoy cooking but I would much rather not stand over the stove for hours. Hence the love I have for my Slow Cooker. I wanted to make something fun and easy one night which is how I ended up with the Slow Cooker Shredded BBQ Chicken. Let me just tell you, it was Amazing!
Slow Cooker meals are always great for us parents. We are always running around, picking up the house, doing laundry, picking the house up again and so much more. Throw everything in there and you’re pretty much done. Go back and stir it up some so it doesn’t stick to the walls and your good! Haha!
Slow Cooker Shredded BBQ Chicken is seriously one of the easiest meals I have ever made, unless you count cereal for dinner a meal. Oops!
The sauce I made for this Slow Cooker Shredded BBQ Chicken was amazing! Now granted I used Kraft Hickory Smoked BBQ Sauce but I added a few things to fancy it up! In a bowl I added a splash of beef stock, honey, brown sugar, black pepper, sea salt, and of course paprika! O M G. This was seriously so amazing! Served this bad boy up with some rice, and mashed potatoes! Let me tell you, I was a happy girl!
I promise you that this is so easy to make and your family will enjoy this meal! They only part that I didn’t like was shredding the chicken but if you let it marinate long enough in the sauce, shredding it will be so easy. It will just fall apart and that is what you want. Now it’s your turn so head on into your kitchen and whip this awesome dish up!
