Review/Giveaway: Woolzie Dryer Balls

What are Woolzies Dryer Balls?

Woolzies Dryer Balls are made out of 100% Pure New Zealand Wool. These dyer balls are an alternative to using dryer sheets and are suppose to reduce your drying time by 25%!!

They come 6 in a box which is good for medium and large loads. Woolzies Dryer Balls are guaranteed to last up too 1000 loads!!! When you think about the amount of laundry you do, these bad boys could really save you some money! I know as a mom laundry is always something that is going on in my house! It’s never ending!

This is the back of the box which gives you some information about their product. Softens Naturally, Reduces dryer time by 25%, Helps eliminate wrinkles, Helps reduce static, Saves energy, Noise Free, 100% safe for people with Wool Sensitivities. They are also 100% Eco Friendly as well as Hypoallergenic.

The one thing I have to disagree somewhat with is Noise Free. Now this is depending on the situation and location. First it’s not like putting a pair of sneakers in the dryer!! Not at all! That you can hear a mile away!!! If you are standing near the dryer you can hear them. Now if you are upstairs watching tv or listening to music or in the shower, Not really. So this is a detail that depends on the situation and location. Would this effect me purchasing them? No! Not at all! I would still 100% purchase the Woolzies Dryer Balls!!

The Woolzies Dryer Balls are large! They do everything they state they do! My clothes dried faster and a lot less wrinkles! One thing I really loved was when I used them for my sheets. With the balls in the dryer my sheets were being separated by the Woolzies Dryer Balls and movement so I didn’t have to dry them multiple times or open the dryer a few times to untangle.

Something I did because I love scents is went to the store and bought a scented oil and rolled the balls around in the oil and poured some on the balls. I put them in the dryer alone for a few minutes to get them going and let the scent sink in.  One of the reasons I love dryer sheets is because of the scents and now I can stop buying dryer sheets and use my Woolzies Dryer Balls all the time and still have the amazing scent I would look for with dryer sheets!

Just toss the balls in with your laundry and you are good to go! There are no chemicals added to the Woolzies Dryer Balls like fabric softeners. Which is great for those who have sensitive skin or any allergies! You still get nice soft clothes with less static and less wrinkles without all the harsh chemicals!

The Woolzies Dryer Balls 6 XL pack is $35.00 which is a very fair price considering they are 100% wool and will save you loads of money on softener, dryer sheets and energy!!!

Now, as I stated above I went to a local store to purchase oil for the Woolzies Dryer Balls but you can also purchase Oils on their website as well! Now they also have a Woolzies Dryer Balls 3 XL Pack for only $19.99

I love the Woolzies Dryer Balls and even though I disagree on the noise free part they are still worth it! Most families are on a budget and these Woolzies Dryer Balls are a great way to cut back cost!!!

I am allergic to dryer sheets! I have read so many things about acne and skin rashes related to regular dryer sheets and also hate the idea of throwing them away after one use!

I couldn’t agree more. They are expensive, filled with chemicals, cause people to have some really bad skin problems and you only get one use out of each sheets. That’s why I love these balls!!! Something else that I love is if you are just doing a small load you don’t have to use all 6 balls!! I hope you will look into the Woolzies Dryer Balls

I would love to get away from the chemicals of dryer sheets. These seem like a great natural way to fluff in the dryer! I’ve also seen some ppl use essential oils on them to make the clothes smell good.

I’ve heard these are great! Since I moved in January, we’ve been having to go to the laundry mat to do laundry and we have to pay a quarter for each dryer to run 6 minutes so i’d love to save time & money w/ these!
