Review: Rainbow Light Vitamins

October 31, 2014

As a child I had to take my vitamins just like everyone else.
Naturally, me being me, I was stubborn and just did not want to have it.

Now, I am a mom. I get the pleasure of facing the same battle my mom fought with me.

My son is pretty good with eating healthy. Now he may not be a huge fan of fruits and veggies but he does know he has to eat them or he will be at the table all evening. But I still worry and want him to get all of his vitamins. After all, he is a growing boy.

He has gotten better over the years with his pickiness but I still think a multivitamin is benifical.
Which brings me to Rainbow Light.

The first thing I want to point out is that this particular brand has a double seal going on. I see some companies lack this which it does bother me a bit. I know may seem weird but it does. I like when any type of medicine or vitamin is double sealed.

Just like to know what I am about to consume hasn’t been tampered with. Can’t blame me there, right?

I will say this. These vitamins, mainly the woman’s, are not the prettiest of things. Now that isn’t what a vitamin is about so it really isn’t a huge deal. You are just going to eat it anyways. Now my son does like that his were a shape of a star. He thought that was pretty cool. He actually learned how to draw a star recently and is pretty excited about it. So, yeah, anything stars is cool right now. Hehe

Of course here is my little model testing out his vitamin. He was a bit unsure at first but after a few days of taking them he enjoyed them. Still loves that they are stars.

Now anytime I take photos with Jaiden we always have fun. We get some great shots and some not so great shots. My favorites of these are the ones above. I love the silly faces. He is such a great sport for putting up with me and my camera.

Now on the bottle of the Rainbow Light Vitamins it says ‘New Look, Same Formula!’. So I googled to see what their old bottles look like and I have to say this new look is much more appealing. When you have a product that isn’t appealing to the eye it is kind of hard to move it. I love the new look compared to their old design. It’s more bright and colorful, easy to read and clear.

Rainbow Light has been around since 1981!! Now being honest, I had no idea they had been around this long!!

“Our mission is to be the performance leader in building a stronger state of health for our customers, natural trade partners, global community and planet.”

Here are the links to each product. You can find their description and supplement value.

Overall we truly enjoyed our Rainbow Light Multivitamins.
We loved the packaging, and Jaiden adores that his were in the shape of stars.
Besides having a great product, Rainbow Light is an amazing company and truly cares about their customers.

Be sure to check them out and remind your little ones they need to take their vitamins! It’s important!

Such a cute star shape for the vitamins! As a kid I always had trouble swallowing pills, so would have gummy vitamins you could chew.

I take a vitamin everyday. So do my husband and my son. I’ve had my son on a multivitamin since he was old enough to take them. Even the healthiest diet can’t give you everything you need ALL the time.

It’s great how supplements and vitamins for kids can be shaped in cute forms. I remember also taking vitamins shaped in Hello Kitty character and also Mickey Mouse! :)
