Lemon Crinkle Cookies

With the holidays here everyone is pulling out their baking skills.
Folks are baking up traditions and some are working on testing out new recipes.

Each year my mom and I make the same three cookies.
We make Peanut Butter Blossoms, Chocolate Chip, and Sugar Cookies.

Well this year my mom and I make our normal Peanut Butter Blossoms and our Chocolate Chip cookies.
Now we have yet to master the perfect Chocolate chip cookie so if you have the ‘perfect’ recipe please share. We actually think of taking it off the list.
So anyway’s we choose to make something new.

Lemon Crinkle Cookies that takes only 4 ingredients.

Hope you enjoyed my photos. Making these cookies was beyond easy and simple. Just 4 ingredients for these babies.

1. Preheat over at 350F. Spray your cookie sheets with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Mix cake max, cool whip, and egg together in a large bowl. (I used a spatula just to mix everything together, no need for a mixer here.) This mix will be super fluffy and sticky.
3. Put the 1/2 cup of powdered sugar into a bowl.
4. Use a small scoop or two spoons to create a small ball. Just drop the dough into the powdered sugar and roll it around a bit until it forms a ball. Set them on a cookie sheet about an inch and half apart. This will make 3-4 dozen depending on the size you choose to make them. I made mine a little on the bigger side so it make 3 dozen.
5. Bake at 350F for about 8-10 minutes. Please note you may have to cook a bit longer depending on your stove type.
6. Store in an airtight container and Enjoy!
